The Values to Impact Framework Cohort Model

The Values to Impact Framework is designed to help you do exactly that. Not in theory, but in practice.

This is a cohort-based learning experience for business leaders doing the work. You will move through a self-guided curriculum, apply it directly to your business, and do it alongside a group of peers navigating the same challenges.

You will have access to a community of leaders, live office hours and sessions to deepen your learning, and direct access to our founder, Benn Marine, when you need a thought partner to work through real decisions.

Because this work can feel isolating and it doesn’t have to be.

    Hi, I’m Benn. This work can feel complex and, at times, isolating. I’ve spent my career helping organizations turn values into real-world impact, and I built The Rising Kind to make that journey more supported, more practical, and more connected. I’m really glad you found your way here.
